9: Look for Cancelation Code Sent to Your Email
Check your Email Inbox and look for the cancelation code sent by Ulla. The code will be active for 24h and might arrive with a delay. Once you receive this code, copy it and log into your dating site account again to complete deletion.
10: Final Step: Provide The Cancelation Code
Once you have received the Cancelation Code - you need to login into your Ulla account again. Repeat the following: go to My Settings > select Remove Account > add Password > add the eight digits Cancelation code that they sent to you through email > Click Continue.
After this step, if you enter the Cancelation code correctly - your account will be removed, and the subscription plan on Ulla will be canceled.
