SugarBBW caters to men who like their women large. If you happen to be into big beautiful women and either want to get in on some hot action or a chance for love, this site claims to answer your needs. Unfortunately, outside its claim of satisfying your chubby desires, it is a website filled with fake profiles and all the makings of a scam.
We at Dating Pilot, took a closer look at SugarBBW to see if it’s a bitter scam or if the ladies are as genuinely sweet as the website says it provides.
Looking for big love but can’t find the right site? Don’t waste your time in places like SugarBBW, there are better online dating sites out there full of beautiful women of all sizes. Check them out below.
SugarBBW targets men who prefer big beautiful women over other body types.
The site has some useful basic features like any other dating platform: a chat room, a catalog of women who might be interested in you, and a "Like Gallery" that works like a swiping game.
As a free user, the best you can do is participate in the Like Gallery. You can also get to know who checked out your profile (a feature commonly implemented for VIP membership in other dating sites). However, the rest of the features - including private messaging, gallery scrolling, and biography checking - require a monthly subscription.
While the design may look clean, it has many shares of inconsistencies, such as the following:
Option to choose between dating men or women
Option to choose which body type (isn’t this site supposed to be all about BBWs?)
Never-ending checkout page that keeps popping up to pay for VIP membership
That said, based on our observations, the format of the website is very similar to our past investigations, which immediately led us to believe this was just a recycled dating site for scamming unaware men.
It was created by a company called InfraWeb Solution Limited, which released many dating sites with specific types of women, such as skinny girls, mature women, single mothers, and ladies of different races. They all have something similar: they are all rated negatively based on user feedback.
We created a dummy account with a VIP subscription to see if there would be real women responding to our messages.
Check out the biggest cons that we found on the website.
Just as I filled out the registration form, my inbox got filled with spam messages from fake profiles. During my research, I found heavy similarities between this site and other dating sites that I reviewed in the past. In fact, they are so similar that they all have the same problems, such as troll accounts, message bots, and a company that is involved with other questionable dating networks.
As we always do, we did reverse Google image searches on a few women's profile pictures. We discovered that they came from a few other fake dating sites but with different names. Some photos came from social media sites belonging to official models and influencers.
What also got me thinking about this particular site is that the front page has a lot of thin women. I'm not body-shaming or anything, but isn't this site supposed to be about large ladies? Why are the featured ones not even relevant to the body type that SugarBBW features?
Not long after, my account received a large number of spam messages from the featured girls on the cover of SugarBBW, which leads us to our next con;
As such, a fake dating site heavily depends on automated bots sending out fake profiles and messages. Within the first half an hour of creating my account, I received over a dozen brand-new messages; all of them telling me they were so lonely, hot, bothered, and in need of a partner.
Additionally, I used the subscription by sending messages to over 40 ladies using generic opening lines like "Hello." Almost all of them didn't respond, and the few who did either dodged the message entirely or were only interested in having sexual relations with me.
Not to mention, these accounts never go offline. They never seem to be able to stop chatting all day and night.
A dodgy network means it uses your profile data to exploit it and promote it to other dating sites under the same company. SugarBBW's reused content led me to believe that it was affiliated with other scummy sites, especially in the case of Infrared Solution Limited. Because the company has numerous scam dating sites, they apply the same negativities in SugarBBW, especially once you read their Terms & Conditions. If you’re curious enough, you’ll find out that they collect all provided data about you.
Collects Your Social Media Profile
“Some of our Services have the ability to link your use of the Services to other social networks you might have access to. If you have an account with another social network e.g. Facebook, you can share the data you have on our site with that network. To enhance your experience and create a personalized service we may ask you to log in to your Facebook account. By doing so you consent and grant us access to your information stored on your Facebook profile including without limitation your personal information, photographs, media content, interests and locations.”
When you create a profile, the company will verify your identity by inspecting your IP address, browser, and cookie data. This also implies that if you give them access to your Facebook account, they can learn much about you and your activities.
Collects Your Information to Copy to Partner Sites
“When you sign up to any one of our Services we will send you an email shortly afterwards advising that we have created a duplicate profile on our Partner Sites to enhance your chance of finding a suitable match. When we email you about this you will have the option to decline this service, which costs nothing extra.”
SugarBBW has the right to reproduce user profiles to promote other services.
This includes your images, texts, and even your Facebook page (if you choose to link it to your dating profile). On sketchy dating sites, your profile is visible to anyone who visits.
To this day, the monthly subscription has me confused. According to their services, SugarBBW promises access to features like limitless chats, higher-resolution photographs, personalized search results, and priority support.
It accepts various payment methods, although based on how they show it, it is not entirely clear if you pay daily or monthly. Here is what they offer:
1 Day: $0.99 per day
1 Week: $0.39 per day
1 Month: $0.96 per day
3 Months: $0.54 per day
When your SugarBBW credit is renewed without warning, you'll be hit with a 30% price increase.
Your daily rate, for instance, will increase from $0.65 to $0.77 after the initial three months. However, the items that will be charged to your card are shown underneath the "PAY NOW" button in gray text.
Instead of the "per day" credit, you were provided at the register, you will be charged $45.44 for the remaining 90 days if you opt for the 3-month plan. This is because paying for three months upfront is more expensive than paying upfront for one month.
Above all, keep in mind that the website will auto-renew your credit card based on the plan that you purchased. You can cancel at any time (through the profile options and billing), but according to some reviews, they had difficulty unsubscribing from their services.
SugarBBW is just plain terrible. Our team has seen it all before, from the same profile pictures we saw from past reviews down to the emptiness of the site. Infraweb Solution Limited could have at least put some effort into making this one slightly more unique than their other dating sites, but it just ends up as another trash scam platform.
There are no real sweet large women here, just a large bowl of fake accounts and a waste of energy.
PumasLove claims to fulfill the fantasy of young men who like older women. Although, this site is not something you should be going to. We investigated the site to prove that it is a scam. If you want to check out the evidence, we have them all in this overview. With many bad reviews, a large number of fake profiles, and a lack of uniqueness, you’re going to hate PumasLove.
